CIVIC PROJECTS

PANGBORN MEMORIAL AIRPORT

Since 1992, when the Pangborn Memorial Airport was constructed, the travel industry has grown, along with the spaces required to accomodate travelers. Forte assisted Pangborn Airport in a modernization and expansion study of the existing 16,000 s.f. structure. Along with a complete modernization of the mechanical system, the study propsed extending the existing building with a new two-story structure at the North end of the site. The extension included space for an additional airline, office spaces, a conference room, staff restrooms, and an employee break room. Security access areas were also reconfigured to better suit the airport and provide a safer traveling environment.
