TOWN FORD DEALERSHIP

When the Town Ford Dealership need to expand and increase their visibility, Forte designed a new facility located adjacent to the existing Town Toyota Dealership in East Wenatchee. In order to get the most out of the budget and decrease on-site fabrication time, the entire building is supported by a pre-manufactured metal structure. The new building includes 18 service bays, 4 oversized RV service bays, employee amenitites, a customer lounge, retail space, a showroom, private offices, and an area for future internet sales. The exterior facade is composed of vertical and horizontal metal siding. The entry tower is wrapped with a smooth metallic panel system which contrasts with the stucco-like appearance of the EFIS system which is applied to the curved wall beyond.
