| The Wenatchee High School addition provided an expanded commons and entry, as well as a renovated and reconfigured parking lot. 11,350 s.f. were added to the commons in order to accomodate the growing student population. Forte Architects also addressed security concerns by opening up the main entry. 2,650 s.f. were added to the new entry and administrative offices. The demolition of some existing exterior walls, ramps, stairs, exterior entries, storefront, brick masonry columns and walls, and pre-cast concrete roof sections was required. A new bus drop-off lane was provided and the existing parking lot was renovated and reconfigured. |
