| A former warehouse is now home to the Physical Therapy Department of the Wenatchee Valley Medical Center. The 7,200 SF remodel left the existing glue-lam beams exposed giving the space an industrial loft feel while the addition of cheerful finishes provide patients with a functional and pleasant space to rehabilitate. A new facade was applied to the concrete block exterior to make the building a cohesive part of the surrounding clinic campus. In addition, six new solatube skylights were added in order to maximize daylight. |
