TITUS ROAD MASTER PLAN

S.H.A.R.E. owns approximately 15 acres in Leavenworth, Washington, which it intends to develop as affordable housing, some cluster cottages, townhouses, and condominiums. The goal is to provide a variety of housing options in order to maximize site potential.

The project is to be phased so that construction can proceed as funds are available. Community oper space will be maintained as much open space as possible. The site is located in both the City of Leavenworth and Chelan County. This study primarily involved site planning.
