WANITY PARK APARTMENTS

The Wanity Park Apartments project will provide environmentally friendly, comfortable apartments for Yakima Nations elderly tribal members.  The new units will be constructed over the existing foundations and it will be possible to easily convert all units to meet ADA accessibility standards.  Because the apartments are currently occupied, the project will be constructed in phases.  Forte Architects will work closely with the contractor to ensure that disruption to the residents is minimal. 

A Community Building is located on the property for the Wanity Park residents which will be used daily to prepare lunch for both residents and non-residents.
