| The BelloRio Townhouses project consists of the design and construction of 26 two, three, and four-bedroom townhouses as well as site landscaping. This complex accomodates low-income families in East Wenatchee. It is located near many employment opportunities and local orchards. It includes a central playground area that encourages family activity and community involvement. There are over 50 parking spaces, at least 30 of which are covered. Each apartment includes a washer and dryer, as well as residential kitchen appliances. The townhouses share an administration office that houses on-site administrative, maintenance, and security staff. |
