BELLO RIO TOWNHOUSES

This 102,000 square foot project consisted of design/construction of 26 units of two, three, and four-bedroom townhouses as well as site landscaping and adjacent road improvements.  This complex accommodates low-income families of East Wenatchee.  Bello Rio is close to many employment opportunities and local orchards.  It also includes a central playground area that encourages family activity and community involvement. There are over 50 parking spaces (at least 30 of which are under cover).  Each apartment includes a washer and dryer as well as residential kitchen appliances.  The townhouses share an administration office that provides on-site administrative, maintenance and security staff.
