CHELAN BLUFF APARTMENTS

Forte Architects was involved in the Chelan Bluff Apartments project from design through construction administration. This low-income housing development is located in Chelan, Washington.

The 2.54 acre site is home to four one-bedroom units, twelve two-bedroom units and ten three-bedroom units of low-income, rental housing. The associated site improvements include an office and maintenance building, parking areas, sidewalks, play areas, and landscaping.
