| The Columbia Pointe apartment complex was designed and built primarily for the growing farm-worker population in Wenatchee and East Wenatchee. Forte provided design through construction administration services. Each unit includes appliances, carpeting, and vinyl flooring. The project was funded through the USDA Rural Housing Services and Washington State Housing Trust Fund. | |
