| As Wenatchee's fruit industry grows at a rapid rate, the call for more farm workers continues to increase. The convenient Vista Del Rio site offers affordable seasonal housing to those working in the orchards. The project was funded primarily through USDA Rural Development (RD) and the Washington State Housing Trust Fund. Each unit has wood framed construction over insulated crawl spaces and brand new vinyl siding. | |
