WANITY PARK COMMUNITY CENTER

The Community Center located on the property was also demolished and rebuilt over the existing foundations. An interior courtyard was enclosed by a translucent skylight to provide additional space and facilitate year-round community events. The Community Center is an important gathering point for the project, as a daily lunch is served both for residents and other from the surrounding area.
