WANITY PARK APARTMENTS

The Wanity Park Apartments project provides environmentally friendly and comfortable apartments for Yakama Nation tribal elders. The 54 existing units were demolished and new apartments were constructed over the existing foundations. It was important that the new structures meet all ADA accessibility standards. Because the apartments were occupied when construction began, the project was constructed in phases. Forte Architects worked closely with the contractor to ensure that the disruption to the residents was minimal.
