Automotive Dealerships are being required to remodel their outdated facilities in order to meet current dealership standards. Cascade Chevrolet in Wenatchee hired Forte Architects to update their dealership’s appearance. Forte worked between the owner and the Facility Image Program to incorporate alternative design options into the project which met the facility standards and kept the project costs to a minimum. We also assisted in documenting and photographing the progress and completion of the remodel, and ensuring that the project was in compliance and accepted by the Image Facility Program. The project included a new pre-manufactured metal cladded Chevrolet entry element, installation of metal panel fascia over existing stucco system, tile floors throughout, custom reception desk, furniture coordination, material display area, and updated lighting.
