AJ is one of our summer interns here at Forte, a recent graduate from Montana State University with his BA in Architecture. AJ is originally from Colorado Springs, CO. He has spent the past five years in Montana studying architecture and even working a year in construction before seeing opportunity in the Pacific Northwest here in Wenatchee. He will be continuing on to graduate school at MSU this fall semester.

Brandi comes to Forte Architects with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. She has several years of experience in Office Management, Payroll, Sales and is now coming on as the Business Manager and Bookkeeper for Forte’s office. She has grown up in the Wenatchee Valley and after completing her bachelor’s degree at Central Washington University, she was excited for the opportunity to return to the valley and begin her professional career. Brandi enjoys staying active in her community and spending time with family and friends.

Heritage Glen Apartments provides 24 housings units for low-income families and farm workers. It includes a combination of two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhouses, as well as one-bedroom apartments.
Heritage Glen was designed and built to create a sense of community. It provides security and family-oriented areas on-site including a new playground. A nearby sports field also provides outdoor opportunities. The complex provides an administrative office and a maintenance office. Laundry accommodations are included within each townhouse unit. An on-site laundry facility is convenient and accessible for residents of the one-bedroom apartment units. The project is conveniently located near East Wenatchee schools, a major bus route, and employment opportunities.
The project was funded through USDA Rural Housing Services and Washington State Housing Trust Fund.
