Since 1992, when the Pangborn Memorial Airport was constructed, the travel industry has grown, along with the spaces required to accommodate travelers. Forte assisted Pangborn Airport in a modernization and expansion study of the existing 16,000 SF structure. Along with a complete modernization of the mechanical system, the study proposed extending the existing building with a new two-story structure at the North end of the site. The extension included space for an additional airline, office spaces, a conference room, staff restrooms, and an employee break room. Security access areas were also reconfigured to better suit the airport and provide a safer traveling environment.
